Start to finish, our strategic process will lead you through a full interior design service experience. Our team of experts will tailor your project to the elevated oasis you desire. . OUR PROCESS .
Discovery
Before starting to design, we start with a discovery phase. In the discovery phase of the process, we assess the current aesthetic and outline unique needs that would impact the design of your home. Our team visits your space in person, takes measurements, outlines surrounding elements and observes the functionality of the space.
The two most important questions we ask at this phase- how do you want to use this space? What do you need the space to do for you? Then we dive into your style preferences, and if there is anything that speaks to you.
Discovery phase includes a discovery call with client, in-home consultation, and trade day – different contractors, fabricators, wallpaper experts, etc. are on site taking measurements and pulling together estimates for the project. Additionally, our design team will be taking measurements for floor plans so we have accurate details for spatial planning
Conceptualization.
Here is where we begin to pull inspiration and functionality together. Our team curates materials, samples, paint colors, textiles and more. We lay out how each item fuses into a cohesive story for your home. Every tone and texture ties into your story making it uniquely yours.
In the conceptualization phase we lay out all details and create an overall design schematic. We begin to bring the vision to life by threading inspiration with your style and goals. Conceptualization phase includes formal design presentation which is the blueprint of our overall design vision. Includes spatial planning, hard selections, and soft selections. Samples of all finishes to be provided.
Execution.
Taking the design from on paper to in person. Now is the time when we pull the trigger, source and craft all materials. We break down the design schematic and tailor every detail. Our team members handle the purchasing and development of custom aesthetic pieces that are uniquely yours. In addition to developing furnishing details, we mold the space and break down any renovation needs. Every element is thoughtfully created.
Execution phase includes construction. We will coordinate and manage all appropriate trades and vendors and oversee the work. We will make weekly site visits and send frequent updates on progress.
Install.
Let’s bring it all to life in your home. Along the way, we have been coordinating all contractors, vendors, site visits, all bringing us to install time. We orchestrate the heavy lifting and management. Our trusted partners deliver the vision. On the install we bring all the elements from the execution phase together. Watch as your custom paneling, accent wall or cabinets are established within your space.
During the installation phase, it is best if you are not at home. This will give us an opportunity to work efficiently and take care of all the small details. Installation typically takes 1-3 days, but we will give you our best estimate before it begins.
Styling.
The ‘dust’ settles and the final details come in. Our specialty is that additional touch that elevates the space. The details bring your home over the top. We polish your design, bring it above and beyond and finalize your collected oasis.
After styling, this is the exciting part! The final walk through. This is where we will create a punch list of any outstanding items, hand off all warranty information, and cleaning + care guides in a final goodbye packet.
Pricing.
Every project and client is unique, so we structure our pricing based on the scope of work. Before our work together begins, we give you an estimate of the hours it will require. It is always our goal to stay within that range, but that isn't always possible. In any event, our approximation should give you an idea of what to expect and we will offer frequent updates on the total hours as the project progresses.
